Wild fermented apples, handpicked from a heritage orchard floor in late autumn, this minimal intervention, natural cider is one of our favourite releases from the 2024 harvest.

A single variety, cold racked, natural cider. Slowly fermented from local Brown's apples with a red blushed flesh, this cider has a rounded flavour with a hint of berries. With a delicate, Pet Nat, fizz this cider is rich and refreshing.

Pairs beautifully with deserts or enjoyed lightly chilled with a picnic.

Review from @cidersh*t 2024; 'Hay, strawberry jelly, toffee apple, rhubarb and custard sweets on the nose. A quick spritz of acidity makes for a sherbet quality, before it's taken over by a thick, syrup of sugar and gentle fizz. Pour it over your raspberry ripple, absolutely delicious'.
