Hand harvested russet apples are matured and then pressed in late autumn. This is a blend of largely unknown varieties from unsprayed orchards close to Rull, wild fermented to a still, dry cider full of complexity.

A light cider with aromas of a delicate citrus tart and crisp green apple skins. Earthy, green herbaceous notes, leather and fresh beeswax are rounded off with a vinous essence. This cider pairs wonderfully with chicken dishes or earthy root vegetables such as parsnip and celeriac.
