Around the orchard we have an incredible amount of bee forage on offer. We harvest the end of season excess honey that our bees make. This means it is blend of all the summer nectar. As the honey naturally sets, we gently stir it to break up the crystalline structure. The result is an delicious, velvety soft, spreadable honey.

Our bees were up against the weather last year, so we've only taken a limited amount of the honey from the hives. This has left us with a small, but super delicious, number of jars.
