An exploration of Devon terroir.  

Rural method, single orchard blends from different regions in Devon. 

This cider represents an organically managed, traditional orchards of the Exe valley, in villages with strong agricultural heritage and cider making history.

Throughout autumn we carefully handpick fruit from traditional orchards,  staggering the harvest as the different varieties ripen. Pressed through straw, then slowly wild fermented throughout the winter months before gentle aging in neutral oak barrels.
