WINNER of a Silver Medal at the Royal Bath and West British Cider Championships 2024

In the style of Traditional Devon Cider we visited some old orchards throughout autumn,  staggering the harvest as different varieties ripened. Handpicked and pressed through straw, then slowly wild fermented throughout the winter months before aging in neutral oak barrels.
