A Devon representation of this Herefordshire heritage apple variety, hand picked fruit from unsprayed orchards in October 2024. Cold racked to temper the acidity and bittersharp characteristics of the apples and to retain the fresh aromatics of its juice.
Rich lemon and strawberry baked cheesecake on the nose, with an intense kick of sherbert lemon and astringency in the mouth.
Working with a small number of trees close to us in Devon, this is a very small batch, natural cider; a very limited number of bottles available.
