Single Variety Gin perry from Devon Perry pears

This light perry has sweet aromas of ripe green pear skins, treacle toffee and Mediterranean sour citrus. On the palate it's a medley of oregano on baked pears, toasted grains,  white floral blooms and zesty lime posset. 

Pairs wonderfully with seafood or a young goats cheese.
