Harvested as the fruit falls on the meadow beneath our trees, this perry represents the harvest from our orchard in 2025. Blended from both eating and perry pears and bottled live for a gentle fizz. 

Honeysuckle, ripe pears and red apple skins on the nose flows into a smooth, rounded perry. Light acidity balances with a burst of cooked pears and gentle astringency.
