Using late season apples harvested from heritage orchards, then blended to create a drink full of complexity. Aged for 18 months in a rum barrel the result is a beautifully textured cider; rich, sweet, smooth and bold.

It is the perfect match with a cheeseboard or as an alternative to a dessert wine.
