Wild fermented from apples handpicked from the orchard floor, one of our minimal intervention, natural ciders.
The last harvest of 2024, full bodied cider apples from the Exe Valley with a very slow fermentation, with hints of autumn on the nose. A delicate fizz lifts the sweetness up front, balanced with a twist of sharpness and mellow astringency.
