Made exclusively from our apples harvested from Rull Orchard. This blend features eating and cider apples and offers a true representation of our journey to date. Some depth and complexity up front, racked to retain little sweetness and bottle conditioned for a light sparkle. Finishes with some astringency and sharpness.
