Our first single provenance cider, made exclusively from our apples harvested from Rull Orchard. 4 years in the waiting this blend features eating and cider apples and offers a true representation of our journey to date. Some depth and complexity up front, blended with a little sweetness and lightly sparkling, and finishes with some astringency and sharpness.
