Rull Orchard vs Gerald Popsischil at Ashley Court


As part of the Heritage Craft Retreat weekend (at Ashley Court, Devon), the event will be opened up on the Saturday evening to invite fellow cider lovers to dine with us. 


Saturday’s highlight is a bespoke dinner by chef Gerald Pospichil, who recently returned to Devon from the Michelin-listed Lara in Vienna, celebrating the county’s farms and orchards, with every course paired with Rull Orchard cider. 


Join us in the wonderfully preserved regency dining room at Ashley Court for an exquisite cider pairing menu curated by Gerald Pospischil. Using seasonal ingredients grown in our walled garden and from local, and sustainable growers, this menu offers an incredibly fresh field to fork experience. Each course will be accompanied by a guided cider and perry pairings poured by Mike and Claire.
