A truly special treat, Starlight is our delicate, champagne-style cider handmade using the methode traditionelle technique perfected by the finest champagne houses. Currently showcasing our 2023 harvest.

Hand picked fruit from Devon orchards is selected during primary, wild, fermentation for acidity and freshness, before being secondary fermented on the lees in the bottle.

Crisp and vibrant green apple on the nose with a generous fizz. Dosage to Brut with a delicate measure of tannin for a balance on the palette.

Perfect as a celebration drink or paired with delicate sea food.
